Fillings

There are different materials we can use to restore damaged or decayed teeth. Silver and gold are the oldest materials. They are strong and durable but you may not like the esthetics. You can choose composite resin or porcelain to match the exact shade of your teeth. They both are bonded to tooth structure so they are strong and durable.  Because of this bonding, tooth preparation can be conservative. We may advise you about an option that is more appropriate for your situation.

Crowns

Crowns are done for cracked, heavily restored or chipped teeth. Crowns are also advised after root canal treatment on back teeth. Crowns make your teeth durable, esthetically pleasing and restore chewing function.  The types of crown materials available are porcelain, porcelain fused to metal or full gold crown. We will advise you of a suitable material for your situation.
